AN ACT
1 Repealing sections 2803-C, 2804-C, 2805-C, 2806-C, 2807-C, 2808-
2 C, 2809-C, 2810-C, 2811-C, 2812-C and 2813-C of the act of
3 April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), entitled "An act providing
4 for and reorganizing the conduct of the executive and
5 administrative work of the Commonwealth by the Executive
6 Department thereof and the administrative departments,
7 boards, commissions, and officers thereof, including the
8 boards of trustees of State Normal Schools, or Teachers
9 Colleges; abolishing, creating, reorganizing or authorizing
10 the reorganization of certain administrative departments,
11 boards, and commissions; defining the powers and duties of
12 the Governor and other executive and administrative officers,
13 and of the several administrative departments, boards,
14 commissions, and officers; fixing the salaries of the
15 Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and certain other executive
16 and administrative officers; providing for the appointment of
17 certain administrative officers, and of all deputies and
18 other assistants and employes in certain departments, boards,
19 and commissions; and prescribing the manner in which the
20 number and compensation of the deputies and all other
21 assistants and employes of certain departments, boards and
22 commissions shall be determined." relating to the Energy
23 Development Authority.
24 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
25 hereby enacts as follows:
26 Section 1. Sections 2803-C, 2804-C, 2805-C, 2806-C, 2807-C,
27 2808-C, 2809-C, 2810-C, 2811-C, 2812-C and 2813-C of the act of
28 April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative
1 Code of 1929, are repealed.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
