                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring disposable toilet seat covers in public restrooms.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4  Section 1.  Seat covers required.
     5     The owner or operator of any public restroom shall supply
     6  each stall therein with a dispenser of disposable toilet seat
     7  covers.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
