AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Buhl Science
2 Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $190,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Trustees of the Buhl Science Center, Pittsburgh, for the fiscal
7 year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for the general operation
8 of the planetarium and institute.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Buhl Science Center on account of
10 the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly
11 by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and
12 Museum Commission.
13 Section 3. The Trustees of the Buhl Science Center shall
14 provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
15 required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or
16 the Majority Chairman or the Minority Chairman of the
17 Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the Majority Chairman
1 or the Minority Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
2 House of Representatives.
3 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
4 immediately, whichever is later.
