AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Burn Foundation of Greater
2 Delaware Valley.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $379,000 $479,000 is hereby <--
6 appropriated to the Burn Foundation of Greater Delaware Valley
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for
8 outpatient and inpatient treatment. Payment of this
9 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal
10 quarterly payments.
11 Section 2. The Burn Foundation of Greater Delaware Valley
12 shall provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
13 required by the Department of Health or the Majority Chairman or
14 the Minority Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
15 Senate or the Majority Chairman or the Minority Chairman of the
16 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
1 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
2 immediately, whichever is later.
