AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pittsburgh Cleft Palate.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $58,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Pittsburgh Cleft Palate for the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to
6 June 30, 1992, for outpatient-inpatient treatment. Payment of
7 this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in
8 equal quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. Pittsburgh Cleft Palate shall provide full,
10 complete and accurate information as may be required by the
11 Department of Health or the Majority Chairman or the Minority
12 Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the
13 Majority Chairman or the Minority Chairman of the Appropriations
14 Committee of the House of Representatives.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
