AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $57,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware County
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for
8 operation and maintenance of the school. The final payment
9 totaling no less than 25% of this appropriation is contingent on
10 the Secretary of Education certifying to the General Assembly
11 that the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades has fully
12 cooperated in the Department of Education's efforts to fulfill
13 the requirements of the higher education accountability
14 appropriation to the Department of Education.
15 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
16 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
17 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
1 payments.
2 Section 3. The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades
3 shall provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
4 required by the Department of Education or the Majority Chairman
5 or the Minority Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
6 Senate or the Majority Chairman or the Minority Chairman of the
7 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
8 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
9 immediately, whichever is later.
