                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for the disposition of the fee
     3     for antlerless deer for certain gameland improvements.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 730.  Gameland improvement.
     9     Of the fee collected under section 2709(a)(5) (relating to
    10  license costs and fees), $3 shall be dedicated to removing
    11  excess tree growth, producing gameland cover and food planting
    12  upon State gamelands.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
