AN ACT
1 Providing for the distribution of revenues from the sales of
2 Commonwealth-owned timber among the Commonwealth and the
3 school district, township and county in which the timber was
4 located.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Revenues from sales of timber.
8 Revenues to the Commonwealth from sales of timber on
9 Commonwealth-owned lands shall be distributed as follows:
10 (1) Ninety percent to the Commonwealth.
11 (2) Four percent to the school district in which the
12 timber was cut.
13 (3) Three percent to the county in which the timber was
14 cut.
15 (4) Three percent to the township in which the timber
16 was cut.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
1 This act shall take effect July 1, 1991.
