AN ACT
1 Designating the section of L.R.238, Spur C, in Mercer County,
2 Pennsylvania, as the Nick Strimbu Junior, JR., Industrial <--
3 Corridor.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The section of L.R.238, Spur C, in Mercer County, <--
7 between the interchange of Interstate 60 in Hermitage and East
8 State Street in Sharon, is hereby designated and shall be known
9 as the Nick Strimbu Junior Industrial Corridor.
10 SECTION 1. THE SECTION OF S.R.3004 IN MERCER COUNTY WHERE IT <--
11 CROSSES OVER S.R.0018 IN SHENANGO TOWNSHIP TO THE INTERSECTION
12 WITH S.R.0718 IN WHEATLAND BOROUGH AND THE SECTION OF S.R.0718
13 WHERE IT INTERSECTS WITH S.R.3004 IN WHEATLAND BOROUGH TO
14 CONNELLY BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF SHARON IS HEREBY DESIGNATED
15 AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE NICK STRIMBU, JR., INDUSTRIAL
16 CORRIDOR.
17 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
1 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Nick
2 Strimbu Junior STRIMBU, JR., Industrial Corridor, at the <--
3 beginning and the end of the section of highway so designated.
4 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
