AN ACT
1 Designating the section of L.R.238, Spur C, in Mercer County,
2 Pennsylvania, as the Nick Strimbu Junior Industrial Corridor.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of L.R.238, Spur C, in Mercer County,
6 between the interchange of Interstate 60 in Hermitage and East
7 State Street in Sharon, is hereby designated and shall be known
8 as the Nick Strimbu Junior Industrial Corridor.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Nick
11 Strimbu Junior Industrial Corridor, at the beginning, middle and
12 the end of the section of highway so designated.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
