AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge on Pennsylvania Route 45 in
2 Northumberland and Union Counties as the Judge Herbert W.
3 Cummings/Judge Harold M. McClure Memorial Bridge; AND <--
4 DESIGNATING THE BRIDGE ON WHICH MAIN STREET CROSSES TROUT
5 CREEK IN THE BOROUGH OF SLATINGTON, LEHIGH COUNTY, AS THE
6 GENERAL THOMAS R. MORGAN BRIDGE.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Highway bridge designation JUDGE HERBERT W. <--
10 CUMMINGS/JUDGE HAROLD M. MCCLURE MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
11 The highway bridge carrying Pennsylvania Route 45 over the
12 Susquehanna River connecting the Township of West Chillisquaque,
13 Northumberland County, with the Borough of Lewisburg, Union
14 County, is hereby officially designated and shall be known as
15 the Judge Herbert W. Cummings/Judge Harold M. McClure Memorial
16 Bridge.
17 SECTION 2. GENERAL THOMAS R. MORGAN BRIDGE. <--
18 THE BRIDGE ON WHICH MAIN STREET (ROUTE 873) CROSSES TROUT
19 CREEK, IN THE BOROUGH OF SLATINGTON, LEHIGH COUNTY, IS HEREBY
1 DESIGNATED AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE GENERAL THOMAS R. MORGAN
2 BRIDGE.
3 Section 2 3. Markers. <--
4 The Secretary of Transportation shall erect suitable markers
5 to implement this act.
6 Section 3 4. Effective date. <--
7 This act shall take effect immediately.
