AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge over the West Branch of the
2 Susquehanna River as the Carmen R. Rosamilia Bridge.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The bridge carrying State Route 144 over the West
6 Branch of the Susquehanna River between Renovo in Clinton County
7 and South Renovo in Clinton County is designated and shall be
8 known as the Carmen R. Rosamilia Bridge.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain appropriate signs to carry out the designation under
11 section 1.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
