AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 1, 1933 (P.L.1172, No.290), entitled
2 "An act establishing certain streets in boroughs and
3 incorporated towns as State highways, and providing for their
4 construction and maintenance at the expense of the
5 Commonwealth," changing a State route.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. As much as relates to Route 21021 in section 2 of
9 the act of June 1, 1933 (P.L.1172, No.290), referred to as the
10 Borough State Highway Law, amended January 8, 1960 (1959
11 P.L.2113, No.783), is amended to read:
12 Section 2. The streets taken over under the authority of
13 this act are situate and described, as follows:

15 Wormleysburg Borough
16 Extending Route 21021. Beginning at a point on the
17 Wormleysburg Borough-East Pennsboro Township line; thence in an
18 easterly direction on Stella Street, to the western right-of-way
19 line of the Pennsylvania Railroad and Stella Street; thence
1 [from] in an easterly direction on Stella Street from the
2 western right-of-way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad to a
3 point on Route 21021 Spur-E at Second Street and thence in an
4 easterly direction on Stella Street to an intersection with
5 Route 30 at Front Street and Stella Street in the Borough of
6 Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, a distance of about [0.49] 0.70
7 of a mile.
