                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Urging Congress to propose an amendment to the United States
     2     Constitution to prohibit the desecration of the American
     3     Flag.

     4     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the
     5  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania urge the Congress of the United
     6  States to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution
     7  to prohibit the desecration of the American Flag; and be it
     8  further
     9     RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to
    10  the presiding officers of each house of Congress and to each
    11  member of Congress from Pennsylvania.
