AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 1, 1945 (P.L.1242, No.428), entitled
2 "An act relating to roads, streets, highways and bridges;
3 amending, revising, consolidating and changing the laws
4 administered by the Secretary of Highways and by the
5 Department of Highways relating thereto," further providing
6 for rules for use of highways.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 420 of the act of June 1, 1945 (P.L.1242,
10 No.428), known as the State Highway Law, is amended by adding a
11 subsection to read:
12 Section 420. Rules for Use of, and Injury to, Highways;
13 Penalty.--* * *
14 (d.1) Rules and regulations governing eligibility for
15 attraction signing shall authorize such signs on all highways
16 for all public and private hospitals.

18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
