AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the North Central Philadelphia
2 Council, Inc., for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 North Central Philadelphia Council, Inc., for the fiscal year
8 July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, for maintenance and the purchase
9 of apparatus, supplies and equipment and to continue to conduct
10 social services.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
