                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Committee for a Better North
     2     Philadelphia, Inc., for maintenance and the purchase of
     3     supplies and equipment.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated to the
     7  Committee for a Better North Philadelphia, Inc., for the fiscal
     8  year July 1,1990, to June 30, 1991, for maintenance and the
     9  purchase of supplies and equipment and to further conduct social
    10  services.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or
    12  immediately, whichever is later.
