AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for
2 the coordination of civilian aviation patrol activities.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
7 Transportation for the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30,
8 1991, for the coordination of civilian aviation patrol
9 activities within this Commonwealth.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or
11 immediately, whichever is later.
