AN ACT 1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated 2 Statutes, further providing for the issuance of Senior 3 Resident Fishing Licenses. 4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 5 hereby enacts as follows: 6 Section 1. Section 2701(b) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania 7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: 8 § 2701. Resident fishing licenses. 9 * * * 10 (b) Senior citizens.--A person 65 years of age or older at 11 the time of application who complies with subsection (a)(1) and 12 (2) is entitled to a "Senior Resident Fishing License" if he 13 pays a license fee of $2 to the issuing agent or the commission 14 plus a service fee of 50¢ to the issuing agent. The application 15 shall give the date of birth of the applicant. Any person who 16 qualifies to purchase a Senior Resident Fishing License may, in 17 lieu thereof, purchase a Senior Resident Fishing License which 18 shall be valid for his lifetime upon the payment of a fee of $10
1 for the use of the Commonwealth and, in the event the license is 2 issued by an issuing agent, a fee of 50¢ for the use of the 3 issuing agent. The commission shall provide for the issuance of 4 all classes of senior licenses by issuing agents. 5 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately. B8L30RZ/19900H2332B3155 - 2 -
