AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for the elimination of the surcharges for
3 certain offenses as a source of funding for the Catastrophic
4 Loss Benefits Continuation Fund.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 6506 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall have no effect on money deposited
10 into the Catastrophic Loss Benefits Continuation Fund prior to
11 the effective date of this act.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
