AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge on Route 45 in Northumberland and
2 Union Counties as the Judge Herbert W. Cummings Memorial
3 Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Highway bridge designation.
7 The highway bridge carrying Pennsylvania Route 45 over the
8 Susquehanna River connecting the Township of West Chillisquaque,
9 Northumberland County, with the Borough of Lewisburg, Union
10 County, is hereby officially designated and shall be known as
11 the Judge Herbert W. Cummings Memorial Bridge.
12 Section 2. Markers.
13 The Secretary of Transportation shall erect suitable markers
14 to implement this act.
15 Section 3. Effective date.
16 This act shall take effect immediately.
