                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 6, 1830 (P.L.272, No.157), entitled
     2     "An act for the levy and collection of taxes upon proceedings
     3     in courts, and in the offices of register and recorder, and
     4     for other purposes."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of April 6, 1830 (P.L.272, No.157),
     8  entitled "An act for the levy and collection of taxes upon
     9  proceedings in courts, and in the offices of register and
    10  recorder, and for other purposes," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
