AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
2 Center for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $190,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center, Philadelphia, for the
8 fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, for maintenance and
9 the purchase of apparatus, supplies and equipment.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
11 Center on account of the appropriation provided in section 1
12 shall be made quarterly by the Executive Director of the
13 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
14 Section 3. The Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center shall
15 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
16 provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
17 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission shall prescribe.
18 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
