AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Arsenal Family and Children's
2 Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $143,000 $168,000 is hereby <--
6 appropriated to the Arsenal Family and Children's Center for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Arsenal Family and Children's
9 Center on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be
10 made by the Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly
11 payments.
12 Section 3. The Arsenal Family and Children's Center shall
13 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
14 provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
15 Department of Public Welfare shall prescribe.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
