REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, JUNE 26, 1989
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $71,000 $76,000 is hereby appropriated <--
6 to the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware
7 County, for the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, for
8 operation and maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
10 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
11 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
12 payments.
13 Section 3. The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades
14 shall provide such information as may be necessary to carry out
15 the provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
16 Department of Education shall prescribe.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
