                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for a reduction in local busfare for disabled or
     2     handicapped individuals.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Fare reduction.
     6     Notwithstanding any provision of law, all disabled or
     7  handicapped persons shall be entitled to a 50% reduction in
     8  local busfare.
     9  Section 2.  Effective date.
    10     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
