                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing Chapter 79 of Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes relating to motorcycles.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Chapter 79 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     6  Consolidated Statutes is repealed.
     7     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
     8  immediately, whichever is later.
