AN ACT
1 Designating S.R.1009 within Washington County, Pennsylvania, as
2 the Morganza Road AND DESIGNATING U.S. TRAFFIC ROUTE 15 AS <--
3 THE MARINE CORPS LEAGUE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The section of S.R.1009 within Washington County,
7 Pennsylvania, is designated and shall be known as the Morganza
8 Road. THE ENTIRE PORTION OF U.S. TRAFFIC ROUTE 15 IN THIS <--
9 COMMONWEALTH IS DESIGNATED AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE MARINE
10 CORPS LEAGUE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. The Department of Transportation
11 shall erect suitable markers so designating this highway THESE <--
12 HIGHWAYS.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
