AN ACT
1 Making an additional appropriation to the Department of Military
2 Affairs for the operation of the Southeastern Veterans' Home.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $613,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Military
7 Affairs for the fiscal year July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for
8 the operation and maintenance of the Southeastern Veterans'
9 Home. This appropriation shall be in addition to any
10 appropriation for the same or similar purposes in the act of
11 July 3, 1987 (P.L. , No.9A), known as the General Appropriation
12 Act of 1987.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
