AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 2, 1984 (P.L.553, No.110), entitled "An
2 act establishing a program within the Department of Commerce
3 to provide grants to engineering degree-granting schools to
4 assist in the acquisition of new engineering equipment or the
5 upgrading of existing engineering equipment that is necessary
6 to provide students with the courses required to obtain a
7 degree in engineering; and making a nonlapsing
8 appropriation," extending the expiration date of the act.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. Section 6 of the act of July 2, 1984 (P.L.553,
12 No.110), known as the Engineering School Equipment Act, is
13 amended to read:
14 Section 6. Expiration.
15 This act shall expire June 30, [1987] 1989.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
