AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.629, No.178), entitled
2 "An act providing for an annual assessment for the necessary
3 expenses of the association of district attorneys in counties
4 of the first class," further providing for annual assessments
5 for the association of district attorneys.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1 of the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.629,
9 No.178), entitled "An act providing for an annual assessment for
10 the necessary expenses of the association of district attorneys
11 in counties of the first class," is amended to read:
12 Section 1. The necessary expenses of the association of
13 district attorneys shall be apportioned among the counties
14 holding membership in the association in amounts provided for by
15 the rules and regulations of the association and in counties of
16 the first class shall not total per annum more than [$2,000]
17 $2,500.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
