                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Cancer Research Center of the
     2     University of Pennsylvania.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $520,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Cancer Research Center
     7  of the University of Pennsylvania for the fiscal year July 1,
     8  1988, to June 30, 1989.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1988, or
    10  immediately, whichever is later.
