AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Health for
2 education and prevention programs relating to acquired immune
3 deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $6,000,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health
8 for the fiscal year July 1, 1988, to June 30, 1989, for
9 education and prevention programs relating to acquired immune
10 deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1988, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
