                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for limitations on length of
     3     projecting loads.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4924 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
     8  § 4924.  Limitations on length of projecting loads.
     9     * * *
    10     (d)  Exceptions.--This section does not apply to a motor
    11  vehicle specifically designed and being used to transport roof
    12  trusses.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
