AN ACT
1 Requiring the posting of notice of chemical additives at salad
2 bars; and providing a penalty.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Notice of additive or spray.
6 The owner or operator of any public eating establishment
7 maintaining a self-service salad bar shall post near such bar a
8 conspicuous notice giving the identity of any chemical additive
9 or spray applied to the items available at the salad bar.
10 Section 2. Penalty.
11 A violation of this act constitutes a summary offense.
12 Section 3. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
