AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pittsburgh Cleft Palate.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $54,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Pittsburgh Cleft Palate for the fiscal year July 1, 1987, to
6 June 30, 1988, for outpatient-inpatient treatment. Payment of
7 this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in
8 equal quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. Pittsburgh Cleft Palate shall provide such
10 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
11 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
12 shall prescribe.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
14 immediately, whichever is later.
