AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to St. Christopher's Hospital,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. (a) The sum of $773,000 is hereby appropriated
6 to St. Christopher's Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for
7 the fiscal year July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for the
8 outpatient and inpatient treatment of severe physically
9 disabling diseases and general maintenance and operation of the
10 hospital. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the
11 Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
12 (b) The sum of $103,000 is hereby appropriated to St.
13 Christopher's Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the
14 fiscal year July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for the handicapped
15 children's clinic at the hospital. Payment of this appropriation
16 shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly
17 payments.
1 Section 2. St. Christopher's Hospital shall provide such
2 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
3 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
4 shall prescribe.
5 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
6 immediately, whichever is later.
