AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $129,000 is hereby appropriated to St.
5 Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year
6 July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for cardiovascular studies.
7 Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of
8 Health in equal quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. St. Francis Hospital shall provide such
10 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
11 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
12 shall prescribe.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
14 immediately, whichever is later.
