AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Johnson Technical Institute of
2 Scranton, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $181,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Johnson Technical Institute of Scranton, Pennsylvania, for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for operation and
8 maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Johnson Technical Institute on
10 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
11 by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 3. The Johnson Technical Institute shall provide
13 such information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions
14 of this act and in such form and manner as the Department of
15 Education shall prescribe.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
17 immediately, whichever is later.
