                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of July 2, 1986 (P.L.    , No.10A), entitled
     2     "An act itemizing appropriations required from the Motor
     3     License Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1986, to June 30,
     4     1987, for the proper operation of the several departments of
     5     the Commonwealth authorized to spend Motor License Fund
     6     moneys," increasing the appropriation for the operation of
     7     State airports.

     8     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     9  hereby enacts as follows:
    10     Section 1.  As much as relates to the Department of
    11  Transportation in section 3 of the act of July 2, 1986 (P.L.
    12  , No.10A), known as the Motor License Fund Appropriation Act of
    13  1986, is amended to read:
    14     Section 3.  The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
    15  necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Aviation Restricted
    16  Revenue Account in the Motor License Fund to the hereinafter
    17  named agencies of the Commonwealth for the purposes set forth
    18  herein for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986, and for the
    19  payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of
    20  the fiscal year ending June 30, 1986:

     1                To the Department of Transportation
     2     For payment for aviation operations, including
     3  the operation and maintenance of State-owned
     4  aircraft, payment of general expenses, supplies,
     5  printing and equipment; for the development and
     6  maintenance of State airports and the maintenance
     7  and repair of landing fields, intermediate landing
     8  fields, landing field equipment, beacon sites and
     9  other navigation facilities; and for the
    10  encouragement and development of civil
    11  aeronautics.......................................  [$5,320,000]
