AN ACT
1 Reestablishing the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board which
2 terminated under the Sunset Act.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Reestablishment of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control
6 Board.
7 (a) General rule.--The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board
8 terminated under section 6 of the act of December 22, 1981
9 (P.L.508, No.142), known as the Sunset Act, is reestablished.
10 (b) Future evaluation, review and termination.--The
11 Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is subject to evaluation,
12 review and termination within the time and in the manner
13 provided in the Sunset Act.
14 (c) Compliance with requirements to reestablish agency.--
15 This act, with respect to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board,
16 constitutes the legislation required to reestablish an agency
1 under the Sunset Act.
2 Section 2. Retroactivity.
3 This act shall be retroactive to December 31, 1986.
4 Section 3. Effective date.
5 This act shall take effect immediately.
