AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 22, 1983 (P.L.306, No.84), entitled
2 "An act providing for the State Board of Vehicle
3 Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons; and providing
4 penalties," exempting from certain board approval all vehicle
5 shows and exhibitions conducted during and at certain fairs.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 23 of the act of December 22, 1983
9 (P.L.306, No.84), known as the Board of Vehicles Act, is amended
10 by adding a subsection to read:
11 Section 23. Vehicle shows and exhibitions.

13 (e) Exemption.--Any vehicle show or exhibition held as a
14 part of, and in conjunction with, a community or agricultural
15 fair which receives funds from the Pennsylvania Fair Fund, shall
16 be exempt from the provisions of this section.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
