AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within <--
2 the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate.
3 MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OUT <--
4 OF VARIOUS FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF RENTAL CHARGES TO THE GENERAL
5 STATE AUTHORITY.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The sum of $2,622,000 $1 is specifically <--
9 appropriated from the restricted revenue account within the
10 General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate to provide for
11 the operation of that office for the fiscal year July 1, 1987,
12 to June 30, 1988.
13 SECTION 1. THE FOLLOWING SUMS ARE HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF <--
14 THE FUNDS INDICATED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES FOR
15 THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1987, TO JUNE 30, 1988, FOR PAYMENT OF
16 RENTAL CHARGES TO THE GENERAL STATE AUTHORITY:
17 OUT OF THE FISH FUND..................................$68,000
18 OUT OF THE BOAT FUND...................................12,000
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
2 immediately, whichever is later.
