        REFERRED TO RULES AND EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS, JUNE 19, 1985

                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Directing the Joint State Government Commission to research and
     2     compile the Pennsylvania statutory law relating to blindness.

     3     WHEREAS, There are numerous Pennsylvania statutes relating to
     4  the handicapped and especially to the blind; and
     5     WHEREAS, These statutes are scattered throughout the body of
     6  Pennsylvania law; and
     7     WHEREAS, There is a need to bring these statutes together in
     8  one document for easy reference; therefore be it
     9     RESOLVED, That the Senate direct the Joint State Government
    10  Commission to research and compile the Pennsylvania statutory
    11  law relating to blindness and publish a report containing said
    12  compilation.
