AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the reporting of road-killed
3 deer.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 2104. Reports of road-killed deer.
9 The commission shall establish a toll-free telephone line to
10 facilitate the reporting of road-killed deer by the person
11 operating the vehicle which struck the deer.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987 or
13 immediately, whichever is later.
