AN ACT
1 Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed
2 from current revenues of the Game Fund.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Short title.
6 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Game Fund
7 Capital Budget Act for 1986-1987.
8 Section 2. Total authorizations.
9 The total authorization for the capital projects in the
10 category of public improvement projects to be acquired by the
11 Pennsylvania Game Commission, and to be financed from current
12 revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations,
13 shall be $570,000.
14 Section 3. Itemization of Game Commission capital projects.
15 The individual capital projects in the category of public
16 improvement projects to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game
17 Commission, and to be financed from current revenues of the Game
1 Fund pursuant to executive authorizations, are hereby itemized,
2 together with their respective estimated costs, as follows:
3 (1) Westmoreland County
4 (i) Land Acquisition - St. Clair Twp. - 1,900
5 Acres $570,000
6 Section 4. Effective date.
7 This act shall take effect July 1, 1986, or immediately,
8 whichever is later.
