                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Association for the
     2     Blind.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $250,000 is hereby appropriated to the
     6  Pennsylvania Association for the Blind for the fiscal year July
     7  1, 1986, to June 30, 1987, for services to the blind and for the
     8  prevention of blindness.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1986, or
    10  immediately, whichever is later.
