AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the performance of certain
3 road maintenance.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 9106. Time frame for certain maintenance.
9 No more than 48 hours shall elapse from the time that an old
10 road surface is milled from the road bed to the time that the
11 road surface is restored to the road bed.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
