AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for district offices of the
3 department.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6104 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 6104. Administrative duties of department.

10 (f) District offices.--At each of the district offices
11 throughout this Commonwealth, the department shall provide and
12 process applications for permits, licenses and registrations.
13 The district offices shall also provide applications for voters'
14 registration and the employees in the offices are authorized to
15 register voters. The name, address and other required
16 information concerning the newly registered voter shall be
17 mailed by the department to the appropriate voters' registration
18 commission or board.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
