AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for voter's registration applications to
3 be sent with operator's license renewal applications.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1514 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 1514. Expiration and renewal of drivers' licenses.

10 (e) Voter's registration application to accompany renewal
11 applications.--When the department mails the renewal application
12 it shall be accompanied by a voter's registration application
13 with a notice that if the applicant wishes to be registered as a
14 voter and is eligible he may complete the application and return
15 it with his renewal application. Upon receipt of a voter's
16 registration application, the department shall forward it to the
17 appropriate voter's registration board or commission.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
